Official Import Rules

Ukraine follows EU-equivalent pet travel regulations. Requirements: ISO microchip, rabies vaccination (at least 30 days old), and for non-EU countries a rabies titer test may be required. A government-endorsed veterinary health certificate issued within 10 days of travel is required. SSUFSCP (State Service for Food Safety & Consumer Protection) inspects animals on arrival. Entry through Boryspil (KBP) Kyiv or Lviv (LWO) airports. Note: check current travel advisories and airport availability due to the ongoing conflict.
